What’s the curriculum for the 100X NEXTgen conference?  

  • Just so you can get an IDEA of the amazing time/activities...Your child will be receiving training from speakers who are also speaking to you!! After each speaker there will be an activation that will help the kids remember what was taught.  We will also be doing a mock Shark Tank where the kids will be able to make up their own product and present it to our 100X Sharks.  We will also have prophetic painting with Lyn Laneski, games, and activities.  

 

Where is the 100X NEXTgen conference being held?

  • The 100X NEXTgen conference is also being held at the hotel and you will be shown the exact location of the ballroom at registration. 

 

What are the security procedures for check-in/check-out?

  • When checking in/out only you or your spouse can drop-off/pick-up.  We do ask that you don’t send your child alone to check themselves in as we will need you to sign them in.  We will send an email with instructions on how check-in will work. Please make sure to have the KidCheck application downloaded on your phone.  Click Here

 

Can my older child come to me after class? Can someone else pick up my kid?

  • No, for the safety of your child, we ask that only you or your spouse come to pick up your child.  

 

How do bathroom-breaks work?

  • Your child will be escorted to the bathroom by a 100X Team member adult along with at least one other child. 

 

How will I be contacted if needed or how can I contact you if needed?

  • You will be provided with a phone number at registration that will get you into contact with Megan Muldong, who will be our child/parent relations contact.  You will be able to text/call her and visa versa. 

    • The communication escalation will be as follows: Text, Call, and Team member will come find you if no response.  

 

Who’s the team watching my kids?

  • 100X Nextgen Conference is being run by Drake Oyao and Sarah Camez. Their team includes Megan Muldong and Nicholas Muldong who have also worked for 5+ years in youth ministry at The Mission church.  They will also be joined by the Children’s pastor of The Mission, Amanda Platz.  They are so excited to feed and sew into this next generation! :-)

 

Drop off/Ending times?

  • Doors open at 8:45am for your child to be dropped off.  The session ending times will be the same as the main conference.  Please pick your child up no later than 15 minutes after the session ends. After lunch, doors will open at about the same time as the main session doors. 

 

What is the Lunch/Dinner protocol?

  • Your child will join you during the lunch and dinner breaks. Please make sure to pick them up so they may enjoy those meals with you.  

 

Snack policies?

  • Please provide your child with snacks throughout the day. Some session go later than planned and kids do get hungry fast so please send them with snacks to have throughout the whole day.
