100x NEXTgen Location:

In order to keep everyone safe, we're requiring that all NEXTgen'ers comply with the following COVID-19 health and safety rule:

  • Proof of negative COVID test (any test by a medical professional) – Please have a COVID test done within 72 hours before the conference Thursday, March 24th. 

This rule is mandatory and regardless of Vaccination status. We will not be making any exceptions to this rule.

Please bring a PRINTED COPY of your covid test with you to registration on Wednesday, March 23rd.

The earliest collection date we are accepting is Monday, March 21st.

We will have on site covid testing for $95 (price subject to change)

The event begins Thursday, March 24th at 9:00am. Hours are subject to minor modifications.

  • Friday, March 25th 9:00am – 9:00pm Doors open at 8:30AM
  • Saturday, March 26th 9:00am – 3:00pm Doors open at 8:30AM
  • Saturday, March 26th 7:00pm - 10:00pm 100x Family Celebration

NEXTgen DROP OFF: NEXTgen'er drop off is at 8:30am - Ballroom to be announced at a later date. 

 

BREAKS: Parents will be responsible for their NEXTgen'ers during all breaks / Lunch Breaks.

 

NEXTgen PICKUP: Parents are required to pickup their NEXTgen'er within 15 minutes of the end of the 100x Conference each day. 

 

ATTIRE: Please have the kids dress in comfortable clothes. Our NEXTgen room WILL be on the cool side, so please bring a jacket. 

 

MEAL OPTIONS: We recommend that NEXTgen'ers have a hearty breakfast before arriving in the morning each day. Meals will not be provided.
